TAKE me to Athens.

Perrie & I spent three nights in Athens at the beginning of April and I can assure you that this is all you need to experience the magic of it.

Athens is full to the brim of colourful streets, enchanting history, mouth-watering food and absolutely wonderful people.

What to see

Where to stay

-Coco-Mat Hotel-

When looking for a city-break hotel I like to go for a quirky boutique style hotel right in the middle of the city and within walking distance to all the main sites.

I found this simple, clean eco-hotel located in the trendy Kolonaki district which was conveniently located in a lovely street filled with boutiques and lovely restaurants. to make our way around Athens by foot. And, if you don't feel like walking they provide free bikes for guests to hop on.

The the quirky thing that we loved about this place is that it's not only an eco-boutique-hotel but it is also a home/furniture shop which makes exclusively comfy natural pillows and mattresses. You can actually choose your pillow type during your stay from a bedside menu and you are guaranteed an extremely comfy bed which you can melt into at the end of a packed day exploring the bustling city of Athens.
